 About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Snapper Music as an Accounts Assistant and Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based position. Full training will be provided, including the use of Sage accounting software.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm

 Key Responsibilities:

• Bank statement reconciliation
• Posting supplier invoices and manual invoice creation
• Preparing monthly physical sales reports
• Reconciling expenses
• General bookkeeping
• General administrative tasks including:
  • Answering phones
  • Scanning, filing, and handling post
  • Sending out statements and chasing customers
  • Stationery ordering

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A strong attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
