About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Snapper Music as an Accounts Assistant and Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based position. Full training will be provided, including the use of Sage accounting software.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Posting supplier invoices and manual invoice creation
- Preparing monthly physical sales reports
- Reconciling expenses
- General bookkeeping
- General administrative tasks including:
- Answering phones
- Scanning, filing, and handling post
- Sending out statements and chasing customers
- Stationery ordering
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A strong attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
