Adam Sandler’s return as Happy Gilmore might be the main draw of the Netflix sequel, but the stack of celebrity cameos is close behind.
Directed by Kyle Newachek, the sequel picks up almost three decades after the original, as Happy Gilmore (Sandler) comes out of golf retirement to help fund his daughter’s dream of going to a prestigious ballet school.
Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald, Ben Stiller and Dennis Dugan all reprise their roles from the original 1996 film, alongside newcomers Benny Safdie and Bad Bunny.
