Inspired by her own experiences with anxiety, Theresa taps into the universal feeling of being overwhelmed, when the noise in your head gets too loud, and you just want to let it all out. The song was written in Iceland by Theresa Rex along with Icelandic writer Hákon Guðony and the Finnish producer Camu Creutz.

The lyrics capture the inner chaos many young people face today, trying to drown out their troubles, partying, pushing limits instead of respecting their boundaries, until it all becomes too much.
