Linkin Park are officially doubling down on their long-awaited return to Australia, adding three extra arena shows to their 2026 From Zero World Tour after Aussie fans went ham on tickets after the first announcement.
The nu metal icons – now comprised of Mike Shinoda, Dave “Phoenix” Farrell, Joe Hahn, Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain – will play back-to-back nights in each city they’re visiting, with fresh dates locked in for Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney (big sympathy to those hoping for fresh dates outside the East Coast).
Linkin Park – ‘Heavy Is the Crown’
Tickets for the extra shows go on sale today (Friday, August 22nd) at 11am AEST. You can also jump on the final round of presales via Live Nation, LP Underground Legacy and Passport Plus in the meantime.
LP’s current world tour tour follows the band’s emotional revival last year, marking their first shows since the passing of iconic frontman Chester Bennington in 2017.
New co-vocalist Emily Armstrong – also known for fronting LA rock outfit Dead Sara – officially joined the lineup last September, with the band’s new album From Zero debuting at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Flagship single ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ (listen above) also became the official League of Legends World Championship anthem.
“This tour has been incredible so far,” Mike Shinoda said in a statement. “The fans’ support is overwhelming, and we’re ready to bring this energy to Australia. From Zero is a new chapter for us, and we’re so excited to share it on a bigger scale.”
Onstage, the band will be mixing their brand new material with the career-defining anthems that made them icons (i.e. ‘In The End’, ‘Numb’, ‘One Step Closer’ and more).
