Olivia Rodrigo is releasing a live album of her triumphant 2025 Glastonbury set, which is available for pre-order now.
Rodrigo headlined The Pyramid Stage on Sunday June 29, during which she played hits such as ‘Bad Idea Right?’ and ‘Good 4 U’, and brought out The Cure’s Robert Smith for renditions of the band’s classics ‘Friday I’m In Love’ and ‘Just Like Heaven’.
NME’s four-star review said of the performance: “For the few naysayers doubting whether or not the 22-year-old was ready to take on the coveted Pyramid slot as the last headliner before a fallow year, this one that will stand the test of time and leave us impatient for the Glasto magic to return.”
Today (September 8), it was announced that the set will be released as a live album, including the duets with Smith. The album, titled ‘Live From Glastonbury (A BBC Recording)’ will be released on December 5 on 2LP vinyl, available in magenta and periwinkle variants via D2C. The album can be pre-ordered here.
‘Friday I’m In Love’ and ‘Just Like Heaven’ have been released as a single on digital and physical formats, available here.
The net proceeds from the two Cure tracks will be donated to the charity Doctors Without Borders.
