Tomorrowland and Amazon Music proudly present ‘We Are Tomorrow’, a touching documentary that offers an in-depth look into the magic, music, and global community that defines Tomorrowland. ‘We Are Tomorrow’ covers the unique journeys and personal stories of People of Tomorrow attending the most memorable edition of the Belgian festival’s history. From DJ and producer John Summit to festivalgoers Ladick from Czech Republic, Mia and Ella from Canada, Rachael from Scotland, and Nikita and Mireya from United States – each story captures the hearts of music enthusiasts, festivalgoers, and anyone curious about the cultural phenomenon that is Tomorrowland. The documentary is now available to watch on Amazon Music and on YouTube. The exclusive premiere of the authentic documentary took place at The Culver Theater in Los Angeles, with the attendance of superstar John Summit.

“We Are Tomorrow” is a 24-minute cinematic journey that portrays John Summit and his ambition to take the iconic Tomorrowland Mainstage as a major career achievement alongside an intimate portrait of Czech Ladick, who has spent his life in a wheelchair due to a congenital muscle and bone disorder. The documentary shares the heartfelt story of Canadian mother Mia and her daughter Ella, who attend the festival together after Mia is diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor. It follows young islander Rachael, devoted to her family’s farm but yearning for adventure beyond her small community, as she experiences her first major festival with her sister Brogan. Finally, it reveals the journey of Mireya and Nikita, who met by chance at Tomorrowland and discovered a love that brought them back together.

    John Summit
Only a few artists have risen as fast and as boldly as DJ and producer John Summit. Known for his relentless touring and dynamic productions, he has become one of the most sought-after names on the global stage. This year, John Summit took over the Mainstage at Tomorrowland for the first time, a milestone that reflects years of discipline and self-discovery. ‘We Are Tomorrow’ captures the full scope of John Summit’s journey – from a career as an accountant and bedroom producer to a global music sensation – revealing the disciplined routine of managing his career, the countless hours in the studio, and the relentless drive that fuels his art, always pushing him to be better than yesterday.

“What I know in the music industry, I learned it all by making mistakes, correcting them, and learning on my own. If you don’t know any of the rules, you’re not worried about breaking them. I’m just going to keep trying to be better than the person I was yesterday. I always feel like it’s just the start. If you don’t feel like it’s just the start, then what do you have to look forward to?” – John Summit

    Ladick
Ladick is a 33-year-old EDM lover who has spent his entire life in a wheelchair due to a congenital muscle and bone disorder. As a devoted Martin Garrix fan, he has already traveled to Ushuaïa Ibiza to meet the DJ, an encounter that ignited a connection filled with meaning and joy. After a challenging period, Ladick will attend Tomorrowland for the first time, hoping to reunite with Martin and create lasting memories with his mother, who has stood by him throughout his journey.

“I think it’s hard to get here for anybody. So, especially for me, it’s almost impossible. I’m scared that something would go wrong. But when I finally saw the Mainstage, it was the moment when I thought to myself, ‘Everything is okay; you are here, and you can enjoy the moment with your family and friends to the fullest.’ I couldn’t even imagine how spectacular it would be. I thought it would be incredible. But it’s even more, it’s even more, it’s absolutely breathtaking.” – Ladick

    Mia and Ella
Mia and her 23-year-old daughter, Ella, who live in Vancouver, will attend Tomorrowland together for the first time. Nearly ten years ago, Mia was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. A surgery meant to remove the cancer left her with severe epileptic seizures, forcing her into long periods of darkness. Told she had limited time to live, Mia has now surpassed that prognosis, embracing Tomorrowland as a precious chance to weave lasting memories and cherish every moment with her daughter.

“I do think about how far I have come in the last nine years. From watching a video and struggling to actually being here. It’s crazy. When I was first diagnosed, I searched for hours and hours for stories of people who have outlived their diagnosis. So now I am one of those stories.” – Mia and Ella

    Rachael
Rachael lives with her family on the Orkney Islands, a remote corner of Scotland where life revolves around the land. She balances her work for the family’s ferry company with caring for a 200-acre farm that has been in her family since the 1800s. With long hours and little time for herself, Rachael is driven by a longing to experience life beyond her island. Tomorrowland will be her first big festival, an adventure she has long awaited, shared with her sister Brogan.

“My first ever, big festival. I mean, I’ve been to small music things and a lot, but nothing is large-scale. When I go away, it’s definitely a break and I can get away from my stress, I can just, almost like just be a child again and just do whatever and not have to worry about anything. I need to do it. I need to, like, just face my feelings, get it out the way and be comfortable. Because I find like, farming as well is really isolating. And then you kind of build that anxiety of like, oh, I don’t want to see people. So I kind of just need to face my fears and just go and do it.” – Rachael

    Nikita & Mireya
Mireya, originally from Mexico, and Nikita, originally from Russia, met by chance at Tomorrowland 2024 during a speed date at DreamVille, where they discovered they both lived in Austin, Texas. From that weekend onward, they stayed in constant contact, nurturing a bond that blossomed into lasting love. Today, they live together and return to Tomorrowland as a cherished tradition, a magical place where their story began and where dreams of a shared future continue to grow.

“Mireya and I instantly clicked. When it turned out she lived in Austin, I couldn’t help but smile. It was as if the universe was saying, ‘this is meant to be’. My family lived in Austin and, after living in LA and Utah for a while, I had decided to return to Austin a few months later.” – Nikita

The “We Are Tomorrow” short film is now available to watch on YouTube and on Amazon Music. The documentary features the Amazon Music Original track “Silence (John Summit vs Dimension VIP Remix)”, a special version of the Silence remix created for the 2025 festival. Stream the track exclusively on Amazon Music here.
