Dust off your deepest V-necks — UK glam rock legends The Darkness are making their glorious return to Australia in February 2026.
Fresh off their Permission To Land 20th anniversary world tour and still riding high off the release of their eighth studio album Dreams On Toast, the band will be bringing their nostalgic and sequin-spangled rock n’ roll theatrics to ten cities around the country, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Sydney, Adelaide, Hobart, Fremantle, Frankston and Melbourne.
The Darkness – ‘Rock and Roll Party Cowboy’
Expect a set stacked with all the hits you know and love — from the feelsy glam balladry of ‘Love Is Only A Feeling’ to the eternal lung-busting rock anthem ‘I Believe In A Thing Called Love’ — alongside fresh bangers from their latest record.
In true Darkness fashion, this won’t be just another rock gig — it’ll be a sparkly, sweat-drenched celebration of everything loud, ridiculous and fabulous about rock music. Think: soaring falsettos, double-neck guitar shredding, leopard print everything, and at least one moment where Justin Hawkins kicks higher than seems humanly possible.
