Twenty One Pilots have shared another new track from their forthcoming album ‘Breach’ in the form of ‘Drum Show’.

The gritty new single lands on the rockier end of the Columbus duo’s output and even packs a surprisingly heavy bridge. Notably, it the first single they have released to date to feature vocals from drummer Josh Dun, who primarily sings the repeating lines “I’ve been this way/I want to change.”

It is the second track to have been released from ‘Breach’ so far, following June’s lead single ‘The Contract’.

The album itself, the follow-up to last year’s ‘Clancy’, will be released on September 12 via Fueled By Ramen.

    Check out ‘Drum Show’ below:

The group have also announced a run of North American headline shows, dubbed ‘The Clancy Tour: Breach’. Dates are scheduled in Toronto, Milwaukee, Hartford, Virginia Beach, Tampa, Dallas, Los Angeles and other cities throughout September and October.

Any remaining tickets can be found here and you can check out the full list of dates below.

Twenty One Pilots have confirmed these will be the only tour dates on the ‘Breach’ album cycle, other than “maybe some festivals next year”.

According to vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Tyler Joseph, “it will be the first time in our career we won’t know when we will tour again.” In a message on social media, he added that it “sucks that we aren’t giving Breach a proper world tour, and I’m sorry to our fans outside of the States.”

However, fans outside the US can get involved in global listening parties where they can hear ‘Breach’ early in independent record stores. You can find out more about which record stores are participating here.
