Dutch London-based singer and songwriter Charly Haze has just shared her brand new single Wasted, the latest single to be taken from her 5-track EP, POLY POP, out now via Kartel Music Group.
Co-written by David Westmeijer (The Brahms), Wasted is a high-energy anthem about self-love and independence, beautifully conveyed through Haze’s smooth, expressive vocals.
Charly sings about finally stopping self-sabotage and reclaiming her independence and joy in being alone or unconventional. An anthem of self-love and choosing to live fully as you are rather than fit someone else’s expectations. Accompanying her lovely vocals we have cool rhythms nicely intertwined with catchy synth riffs, powerful chants, and New Order-esque basslines that make this an upbeat and feel-good listening experience.
