It’s been more than two decades, but the wait is finally over: Scottish alt-rock icons Travis are heading back down under for the first time since 2001. And they’re doing it in a big way – performing their breakthrough 1999 album The Man Who in full, alongside a stack of fan faves from across their career.

The BRIT Award-winning band will kick off their return at Metropolis Fremantle on Thursday 8 January 2026, before hitting Melbourne’s Festival Hall (Saturday 10 January), Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall (Monday 12 January), Sydney’s ICC Theatre (Wednesday 14 January) and wrapping at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall (Friday 16 January).

Travis – ‘Why Does It Always Rain On Me?’

The Man Who was a landmark in Aussie music collections, going platinum locally and selling more than 110,000 copies, thanks to timeless tracks like ‘Why Does It Always Rain On Me?’ (above), ‘Driftwood’ and ‘Turn’. When Travis last toured here in 2001, they sold out Sydney’s State Theatre and Melbourne’s Regent Theatre – so it’s safe to expect tickets to move fast this time around.

With a career that’s seen them headline Glastonbury, T in the Park, Benicassim, Coachella, Fuji Rock and more, Travis have carved their legacy as one of Britain’s most beloved and enduring rock bands. Now, Aussie fans finally get the chance to relive the magic of The Man Who under the lights once again.

Tickets go on sale Thursday 25 September at 3pm local time, with presales kicking off Tuesday 23 September at 2pm and you can score all the details down below.
