Legendary DJ MAX & Ron Carroll have teamed up for their latest release “Turn It Up”. With the sad news of Ron’s passing this is one of his last recordings ever and the first posthumous release. Because of that it’s not enough to say that we have a mixed bag of emotions. Sudden death of Ron Carroll, a legendary House Music DJ, Producer and the vocalist, who’s extraordinary talent gave him the title “The Minister of Sound” shocked the world of music. Ron is known for his Vocal performances on Dance Classics such as “Lucky Star” with French Sensation: Superfunk as well as on the Deep house Love Anthem: “Back Together” with Dutch Duo: Hardsoul, Mega Club Anthem: “Wonderful World” with Axwell & Bob Sinclar Just to name a few.

“I still can’t believe what happened. We recorded everything during the summer and scheduled this release for October, just before Amsterdam Dance Event, because I am organising an ADE 2025 Festival Party on October 25th to celebrate 29 years of my “Welcome To The Club” radio show. The plan was to promote our new single in Amsterdam together and surprise the crowd with remixes that are scheduled for release after ADE.
What can I say, Ron is still on our fliers and I don’t have words to describe my feelings right now. It will be a party where we will celebrate his life and our mutual love for House music. Entrance will be free how everyone can join us and enjoy . Single “Turn It Up” meant to be the beginning of something much bigger and I am proud that I had privilege to be part of Ron’s exceptional life.”
    – DJ MAX

DJ MAX created energetic, uplifting House Music song with extraordinary Ron Carroll’s voice. Modern, intense, ready for big stages, clubs and festivals, this song creates positive energy flow and invites you to dance. This is a bridge between Chicago and Venice, locations of two studios, where song was recorded, a beautiful example of collaboration and music without boundaries. Happy, sexy, pure love! “Turn It Up” is available on Traxsource now and on October 17th everywhere else.
