Def Leppard have been honoured with a star on Hollywood’s Walk Of Fame.

The Sheffield rock legends’ star was unveiled on October 9, when the band were also joined by Jon Bon Jovi, who inducted them at the ceremony.

Bon Jovi professed, “I was a fan before I became a friend”, adding: “These guys were my age from a working class city called Sheffield in England which was thousands of miles away from a place called Sayreville in New Jersey.

“Yet there was something that I was drawn to – the melody, guitars, the young guys with the audacity to put it out there in front of major recording acts and not flinch.”

Taking to Instagram, the band wrote: “Forever engraved on the streets of Los Angeles! Thank you to the @hwdwalkoffame for the honor, and to the fans for rockin’ with us all these years. It was a day we’ll never forget”. The band later added that they were “still in awe”.

Take a look at Def Leppard receiving their star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame below:

Def Leppard recently announced a huge arena tour, where they have teased “surprises and classics” to be played on the setlist. The 11 shows in summer 2026 will mark the band’s first headline solo shows since their sold out tour in 2023 alongside Mötley Crüe.

They will kick off their arena tour in Sweden on June 13, where they’ll continue with follow-up shows in Finland, Switzerland, and Germany on June 16, 19 and 23 respectively.

From there, six UK shows are scheduled, commencing at the Belsonic in Belfast on June 26, and continuing with stops at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, and a homecoming show at Utilita Arena in Sheffield.

They’ll also play a mighty show at The O2 in London, the BP Pulse LIVE in Birmingham and the Co-Op Live in Manchester at the start of July. From there, the band will play a festival slot at Wacken Open Air at the end of the month.
