Perth indie-rock trio Fool Nelson aren’t slowing down. Their new EP Bad Dreams is out today, and the band have just announced a stack of huge moves to go along with it.
Produced by Andy Lawson (The Buoys, Death By Denim) and mastered by George Georgiadis (Ruby Fields, Hockey Dad), Bad Dreams finds Fool Nelson sounding more confident than ever – full of anthemic grooves, raw emotion, and that laid-back warmth that’s made them one of the country’s fastest-rising bands.

“Overall, the EP is about sticking close to the people you love,” explains frontman Darcy Steven. “It’s about not letting anxiety or ambition make you forget what really matters.”
Alongside the release, Fool Nelson have expanded their global team – signing to AWAL for worldwide recordings, Good Intent’s Rick Bridgman for management, and Harry Young at Pure Represents for bookings (ex-AU/NZ and North America). It’s a serious power-up for the band following their breakout single ‘Big Shot’, which helped sell out their hometown all-ages show in just 48 hours.
