Japanese rock juggernauts One OK Rock are making their long-awaited return to Australia in 2026, bringing their DETOX world tour down under for their biggest-ever Aussie run — and they’re not coming alone. Joining them as special guests are Sydney/Eora pop-punk powerhouses Stand Atlantic, fresh off the back of their huge 2024 album Was Here.
The East Coast party kicks off on Thursday, 12th March at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena, before storming into Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Saturday, 14th March, and wrapping things up at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Sunday, 15th March.
One OK Rock – ‘Tropical Therapy’
Formed in the mid-2000s, One OK Rock have evolved from local Japanese club gigs to international stadium domination — with fans from Tokyo to Toronto packing out shows. Their sound is a blistering blend of emo, alt-rock, pop and electronica, anchored by frontman Taka’s sky-scraping vocals and an emotional intensity.
Their breakout single ‘The Beginning’ marked a global turning point, and they haven’t looked back since — with 11 studio albums, millions of streams, and co-signs from everyone from Ed Sheeran to Muse.
After wrapping a massive 2024 world tour and a sold-out North American leg of DETOX, the band are set to play stadiums and domes across Japan and Europe before landing in Oz next March.
