Guitarist Bill Kelliher has spoken out for the first time following the loss of his former Mastodon bandmate Brent Hinds, who died last week. Former American Idol music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband died from multiple gunshot wounds inflicted during a home invasion, their death certificates have revealed.
