Knowing Tyler, the Creator is a massive fan of the Clipse and has long considered Pharrell Williams one of his idols, the rapper made it a point to go into perfectionist mode to ensure he didn’t mess up his feature on Let God Sort Em Out. Explore See latest videos, charts and news Tyler pulled up to Hot 97 on Tuesday (July 29), where he revealed that he re-recorded his “P.O.V.” verse “79 to 100 times” and nearly texted Pusha T to pull the plug on his guest appearance altogether. “It took me about 79 to 100 times to do…
Throughout history, there have been epic sibling rivalries—Cain and Abel, King Richard and Prince John, Puma and Adidas, the improbably-named other Gallagher brothers, but none of them offered the quantity and quality of outrageous soundbites as Noel and Liam Gallagher of Oasis. Our Kid and the Potato are on record jabbing at each other, lashing out at fake rock stars, and generally grousing about the state of the world in their unique ego-addled ways. Among the better-known bootlegs of the ’90s was a 14-minute recording of a Noel & Liam interview by John Harris for NME called Wibbling Rivalry, a…
