Paul Gallagher, the older brother of Oasis stars Liam and Noel, has been charged with rape, sexual assault and a string of other offences. He was charged by Scotland Yard with a string of violent sex offences following an investigation that opened last year. The Telegraph has reported that accusations include rape, sexual assault, threats to kill and coercive control. The 59-year-old is set to appear in court next month.
