Universal Music Group (UMG) took another step toward listing its shares on a U.S. stock exchange by submitting a draft registration statement related to a public offering to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company said in a press release on Monday (July 21). Per ABC News, the Cosby Show star was vacationing with his family in Costa Rica on Sunday (July 20), when he was caught in a high current and died from accidental drowning. According to Costa Rica authorities, his official cause of death is listed as asphyxia.
