British singer and songwriter Bettina BCB shares her brand new single Messy Girl, an upbeat, confident piece of electro-pop music. Messy Girl is Bettina’s clapback to gossip, warning those that spread rumours about them that things won’t end well for them if they continue with it. An empowering, confident song beautifully conveyed through Bettina’s expressive vocals which glide effortlessly over an upbeat blend of electronic, R&B, pop and hip-hop to create a sound reminiscent of early 2000s Timbaland-era pop, with a fresh, modern twist. I am particularly fond of the driving beat, cool rhythms and rich electronic textures that really make…

King Gizz, as they’re known in their homeland, and…
More than 30 music creators based in Seattle have signed a letter criticising Spotify and pledging to remove their tracks from the market leading streaming platform. It has “shown us time and again that they are bent on undermining art to an extreme degree and…

I wanted so much, and at the…

“Enclave on a Current” is a gorgeous, dreamy new track from Sunchoke, the project of Philadelphia-based musician Donald McGrath. Across both wordless vocal harmonizing and striking imagery — “”climbing trees, magnolia flowers” — “Enclave…
